Safety instruction for the fixing of polishing buffs

All Buffs, Wheels and Mops produced by Tessitura Landini are to be fixed on the shafts of the polishing machines by using only the metal equipment provided by Tessitura Landini S.r.L.
Tessitura Landini S.r.l, will not be held held responsible for any damage to persons or property resulting from improper fixing, wrong equipment (or equipment not supplied by Tessitura Landini) and from velocity above the recommended ones.
All Buffs must be mounted according to the sequence shown below

First Step
The centering plate should be placed in the metal metal clinch ring. It is important to check that the diameters are exactly the same. Sometimes a little pressure on the plate should be applied by using the appropriate tools and without altering the structures.

Second Step
Place the side flange steel on the motor shaft of the polishing machine, then place the Buff set with the respective centering plates.
Finally, carefully place the second steel flange and screw in the equipment supplied with the cleaning machine.

In order to guarantee the safety of the users and the equipment, we recommend the following speed parameters
